Compensation
Commission Structure
- 40–45% service commission (based on experience)
- Opportunity to earn up to 50% commission based on performance
- 15–20% retail commission
- 50% commission on first month of memberships sold

Responsibilities
- Perform professional waxing services (Brazilian, bikini, full body)
- Provide eyebrow waxing and tinting services
- Recommend appropriate retail products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Encourage pre-booking and client retention
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements
- Active North Carolina Esthetician License
- Experience with waxing preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional and reliable
