What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at AdamsPlace?
Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine - a comprehensive inpatient behavioral health facility. Our center will provide acute behavioral health care and outpatient treatment to adults and geriatric adults who are in crisis from severe symptoms related to behavioral health and/or substance use disorder.
As the Receptionist, you will provide administrative support and be the first contact as people enter our beautiful facility. If you are passionate about improving behavioral health and excited about the opportunity to be a part of opening a new hospital, we would love the opportunity to meet you.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College or vocational training preferred.
- CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) preferred.
- Two (2) to five (5) years of job-related experience required.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Advanced preferred.
- Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Collate and distribute mail.
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, and other correspondence.
- Other duties as assigned
