Inside Sales Representative - IT Equipment and Services Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving as a client champion providing services and generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals for our established IT equipment products, and professional services as established in our CRM Application. Position Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for client cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and other technology solution offerings. Focus is on building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions to address their IT challenges. Key responsibilities include understanding and addressing client concerns, creating quotes, managing sales orders, and maintaining profit margins. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Building Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly. Serve as a customer advocate within the organization, representing clients' interests, and ensuring their needs are prioritized. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships. Understand clients' business needs and objectives. Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and track activities in CRM. Follow up on quotes and proposals, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. Accuracy and Quality Consistently produce accurate quotes, reports, communications with clients and peers. Develop a personal system for checking and confirming accuracy of your work product before releasing it to others. Lead Generation & Prospecting Proactively identify and reach out to existing client prospects through phone calls, and email Schedule discovery calls or demos with decision-makers as required to communicate solutions capabilities. Collaboration Work with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and improve messaging. Coordinate with service delivery and technical teams for solution scoping and implementation planning or to resolve any issues or escalations promptly. Conduct regular service reviews with clients to gather feedback and improve service delivery. Participate in sales meetings, training, and performance reviews. Reporting & Metrics Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs (calls, meetings booked, pipeline value, closed deals). Provide accurate forecasting and activity reports to sales leadership. Accurately report earned commissions quarterly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred or at least 5 years equivalent experience. High degree of emotional intelligence in creating and maintaining relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to provide clear, connected, and sincere empathy for client needs. Proven record of accomplishment of success in inside sales, preferably in the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT equipment; servers, networks, endpoints and software services, and Microsoft licensing, and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving results and exceeding sales targets. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment; tracking and following up on leads, updating CRM systems with relevant information, and providing regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
