Service Dispatcher / Customer Service Specialist | $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE

Job Duties
- As the first point of contact for clients, customers, technicians, and office staff, and provided key administrative support
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls
- Dispatching and scheduling on-demand service appointments
- Maintaining Annual Maintenance log & scheduling
- Checking in equipment and special order parts deliveries
- Supporting the technicians with warranty and parts information
- Maintain customer database with current information
- Clear and concise communications with Customers, department managers, and employees
- Registering warranty and rebate information
- Daily working in Service Titan, our cloud-based CRM

- 2 years of related experience in customer service, scheduling, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Stellar customer service skills
- The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and technicians
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- General sales skills and aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
