Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet potential customers, answer their questions about features and capabilities, and build rapport.
- Vehicle Matching: Understand customer needs and budget to recommend suitable used cars and provide test drives.
- Sales Process Management: Facilitate trade-in appraisals, negotiate prices and terms, explain warranties, and guide customers through the sales and financing process.
- Paperwork & Compliance: Complete all necessary sales paperwork, process transactions, and ensure adherence to dealership policies and relevant laws.
- Inventory & Showroom: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized used vehicle lot, assist with the reconditioning process, and help manage the vehicle inventory.
- Sales Growth & Follow-Up: Develop leads, work to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, and maintain customer relationships through follow-up for repeat business and referrals.
- Customer Service: A friendly, approachable personality with excellent customer service skills is essential for creating positive experiences.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to listen to customer needs, explain vehicle features clearly, and negotiate effectively is crucial.
