Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team. You will operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently to complete site preparation, grading, and material-moving tasks on construction or industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery including excavators, bulldozers, front loaders, and backhoes safely and precisely.
- Conduct daily pre-and-post-operation safety inspections on all assigned equipment.
- Follow site plans, grade stakes, and supervisor instructions to move earth, rock, and materials.
- Perform routine basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment, reporting mechanical issues right away.
- Strictly follow company policies and OSHA safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery (1 years preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s License / CDL is a plus).
- Safety certifications (such as OSHA or NCCER) are strongly preferred.
- Strong spatial awareness, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.
