Our growing public accounting firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a professional and organized team player with exceptional communication skills who can ensure the smooth operation of our daily administrative functions. This role is central to providing an excellent experience for our clients and supporting our staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and managing client requests professionally.
- Update client and project information within our internal office programs and systems.
- Manage client correspondence, including mailing, faxing, and emailing materials and documents.
- Assist with the monthly production of invoices and statements and address client billing inquiries.
- Support the tax return processing workflow, including assembly and delivery.
- Perform other general administrative and office duties as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, during the months of May through December. 8:00 AM - 1: 00 PM Saturday hours are required during the months of January through April.
- Salary: Dependent on experience.
