Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator based in West Springfield, MA. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for calculating cost estimates, preparing quantity take-offs, managing budgets, and providing accurate project cost analysis. Daily tasks include analyzing project requirements, communicating with stakeholders, sourcing materials, and collaborating with project teams to ensure cost-effective and timely project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and teams
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the construction industry is an asset
- Proficiency with construction estimating software and tools
