Job Title: Electrical Foreman (Industrial Construction)

Adams Robinson is an industry-leading contractor specializing in the construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Foreman to join our team.

Position Overview:

As an Industrial Electrical Foreman at Adams Robinson Construction, you will be responsible for installing Electrical systems for water/ waste water treatment plants in Lillington and Holly Springs under the direction of a Field Superintendent. Your role will involve close collaboration with our office management team and general contracting division. You will be expected to lead a team of electricians and apprentices for accurate and efficient completion of job tasks.

Responsibilities:

· Communicate and collaborate with the Project Superintendent to complete necessary tasks

· Ability to understand project schedule deadlines and execute accordingly

· Layout and install duct banks

· Run conduit and wiring, install disconnects, switches, panels, breakers and transformers

· Install MCC’s and various types of gear, pull wire, and complete terminations

· Wire process equipment, valves and instrumentation; trouble shoot when necessary

Qualifications:

· Valid electrician's license and certifications as required by local and state regulations

· Minimum of 5 years experience as an industrial electrician and experience as crew leader or foreman

· Excellent leadership skills

· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage systems, instrumentation, and motor controls

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· knowledge of electrical distribution systems, components, and industry standards
