Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Your expertise will help deliver comfortable indoor environments across commercial and residential properties. All roles are paid positions, including internships.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration units, and ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including pipe repairs and refrigerant line installations.
- Repair appliances and mechanical components associated with heating and cooling systems while adhering to safety standards.
- Weld or perform other mechanical repairs as needed; maintain detailed service records for all work performed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related fields such as construction or property maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in refrigeration, ammonia refrigeration, plumbing, and HVAC/R systems.
- Ability to read schematics and interpret HVAC design plans accurately.
- Experience with equipment repair including boilers, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and appliances.
- Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; capable of performing welding and basic mechanical repairs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating
drivers preferred. - Knowledge of field service procedures for HVAC/R systems; experience with property maintenance is a plus.

Pay: $26.12 - $35.00 per hour
