Legal SecretaryLocation: Downtown San FranciscoOur client is specialty litigation firm seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team on a Temp-Hire basis. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional litigation and transaction results to their clients.Responsibilities include:Providing administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals engaged in litigation and transactional mattersPreparing, editing, and finalizing legal documents and correspondenceAssisting with client onboarding, including preparation of new matter memoranda and engagement lettersManaging filings in federal courtsMaintaining attorney calendars, coordinating meetings, scheduling conference rooms, and arranging travelSupporting billing processes, including time entry, proofreading, and preparation of cover lettersPreparing expense reports and check requestsCoordinating mailings, deliveries, and copyingQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 6 years of litigation experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with SurePoint, iManage, and CompuLaw preferred but not requiredStrong organizational skills, reliability, technological proficiency, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative approachPosition starts on January 5th.
