Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a law firm located in the Boca Raton area to find an experienced full-time Probate and Trust Paralegal to join their Private Client Services group. This role requires a dedicated professional with a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in Probate and Trust Administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills and will be adept at managing confidential information with discretion. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days onsite and two days remote, providing flexibility and a balanced work environment.
- Manage probate and trust administration files from initial client contact through completion of the process.
- Prepare Asset Information Spreadsheets and all required probate and trust administration documentation for client meetings.
- Compose status letters to clients and beneficiaries and e-file court documents and deeds.
- Work closely with clients, beneficiaries, and other advisors throughout the process, obtaining all necessary information and documentation.
- Organize and index documents and asset information, ensuring everything is meticulously cataloged.
- Calendar and handle follow-ups, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Experience in Estate and Wealth Preservation Planning.
- A four-year college degree, paralegal certificate, or a minimum of 5 years of experience required.
- Strong ability to prioritize and balance a variety of tasks efficiently.
- Experience with estate and gift tax returns and working with high-net-worth families is a plus.
- Knowledge in Litify and Westlaw Firm Builder is advantageous.
Monday to Friday, standard office hours.
Competitive salary range from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
