Litigation Paralegal, Complex Civil Litigation

A growing national law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Downtown LA office. The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys through all stages of business and commercial litigation, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Ideal candidates will have 7 years of litigation paralegal experience and recent courtroom exposure.Key Responsibilities:Preparing a range of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefsReviewing and analyzing discovery materials both electronic and hard copyTrial preparation including witness binders, exhibits, electronic presentations, etc.Assist in creating and maintaining case chronologies, indices and case filesAssisting with trial logistics including setting up the war room, securing necessary equipment, and set up of files and exhibits in the courtroomRequirements:5 years of civil litigation defense experience, commercial litigation preferredParalegal Certificate or BPC 6450 complianceTrial experience preferredThis litigation paralegal position offers a hybrid schedule, strong benefits, and a collaborative environment.
