Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support a busy corporation in the South Metro. This is a temporary position with an onsite work model.
Responsiblities:
- Manage the review and processing of standard contracts, ensuring final execution and proper documentation.
- Evaluate and handle client contract documents for new services that require specialized contract management.
- Independently analyze unusual contractual requirements and apply company policies to produce high-standard contract documents.
- Analyze the implications of legal and commercial contract terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare third-party contracts, ensuring contract language aligns with company policies.
- Provide guidance on contract administration processes.
- Review and assess vendor/supplier contract documents periodically.
- Develop frameworks for administering non-standard contracts to ensure compliance with terms, company policies, and client expectations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Juris Doctor degree.
- 2 years of experience in contract lifecycle management.
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating various agreements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a multi-task environment with minimal supervision.
