SEEKING A MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT FOR OUR ROCKPORT, TEXAS APARTMENT COMMUNITY.
Adams LaSalle Apartment Management, a national multi-family property management firm is seeking an experienced individual who has general maintenance experience with apartment communities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be skilled in general appliance installation & repair;
- Electrical and swimming pool maintenance knowledge preferred;
- Assist in maintaining the property in attractive, safe and quality condition
- Maintain daily quality tenant service;
- Assist the maintenance supervisor in the operations of the maintenance department;
- Will report to maintenance supervisor and property manager;
- Will ensure all necessary tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner;
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HVAC experience and EPA UNIVERSAL license preferred
- Have the ability and skills to perform required job functions
- Must pass a background check / drug screening;
- Possess working knowledge of property management maintenance procedures;
- Possess a Strong work ethic
- Have a Customer-focused attitude
- Interpersonal skills

- Ability to read and write English fluently
