We are working with a community bank seeking a Consumer Loan Administration professional to join its team. This position is in the office and can be based out of one of six branches. The individual will support the consumer lending team with all pre-closing responsibilities, including due diligence, documentation preparation, and ensuring all policies and procedures are met. This role partners closely with loan officers, attorneys, and third-party vendors to gather, review, and analyze required documentation, maintain accurate credit files, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with disbursements and payoff processing. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience preparing consumer loan documentation, including TRID, and a solid understanding of lending practices, compliance, and loan file management.
