I'm working with a true community bank just west of Okoboji, which is under $500 million in assets and fully committed to staying locally owned. This is one of those places where relationships actually matter and decisions are made locally. They're looking for someone with about 5 years of ag lending experience, but they're absolutely open to someone with solid Credit Analyst experience who wants to stay close to agriculture. The role will take over a portfolio base off of experience, but it's mostly ag, with some small business mixed in and a few consumer loans and HELOCs.
