We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Finance team by processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and helping ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. What You’ll Do
- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding and approvals
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation when applicable
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare and assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments
- Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable files and records
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams regarding payments
- Support month‑end close and audit activities related to accounts payable
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- 2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Experience in a construction, service, or project‑based environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills and experience with accounting software
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with others
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly pay, based on experience and market competitiveness. Relevant experience is Accounts Payable work in the Construction industry. Candidates with accounts payable experience at a lower volume, or outside of the Construction industry may be considered. The higher end of the pay scale is reserved for candidates with the most relevant experience.

Location: This position is on‑site in Elkhorn, WI. Remote or hybrid options are not available.
