Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with construction and design teams on home availability and timelines, preparing sales contracts and related documentation, and supporting buyers through financing and closing milestones. Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Home Sales and general Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, relationship building, and conflict resolution.
- Experience or familiarity with Homebuilding, construction timelines, and basic residential design features.
- Active Real Estate License in South Carolina (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe, as required by local regulations).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident presentation abilities.
- Comfort with CRM systems, basic office software, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work on-site during model home hours, including weekends and some evenings as needed.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple buyers and transactions simultaneously.
- Previous experience in residential real estate, new construction sales, or related fields is preferred but not strictly required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
