- Land and lot acquisition efforts
- Commercial contract review
- Insurance-related issues
- Litigation-related issues
- Company-generated documents
- HOA-related issues
- Corporate governance issues
- Land use issues
- Minimum 1 year of experience in practicing law (preferably: real estate, construction, land use, litigation, and/or business law).
- Ability to work with operational teams to accomplish the company's goals.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire for self-improvement.
- Admission into a state legal bar association.
