Role Description The Real Estate Agent – Team Member is a full-time hybrid role based in Nashua, NH, with a mix of in-office, in-field, and work-from-home activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, conducting buyer and seller consultations, and showing properties. The role involves preparing and presenting listing agreements, writing and negotiating offers, coordinating inspections, and guiding clients through each step of the transaction. The agent will update and maintain client records in CRM systems, manage timelines, and collaborate with team members, lenders, and closing attorneys to ensure smooth transactions. This position also includes attending team meetings, participating in training, and engaging in local market research and community outreach to build a strong client base.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License.
• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends and basic contract understanding.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
