Installer - Division 10 (26633)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Division 10 Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of Division 10 specialties, which include restroom partitions, accessories, lockers, fire extinguishers, wall protection, and other architectural specialty products. This role requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install restroom partitions, restroom accessories, lockers, fire extinguisher cabinets, and other specialty products.
• Read and interpret architectural blueprints, shop drawings, and product specifications to ensure proper installation.
• Assess job sites and ensure all necessary tools, materials, and equipment are available and prepared before starting the installation.
• Verify measurements and ensure all installations are accurate, level, and aligned according to plans and industry standards.
• Inspect products for defects before installation and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all company and site safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment by managing tools, debris, and materials responsibly.
• Work effectively as part of a team or independently to meet project deadlines.
• Communicate with supervisors, contractors, and clients to address any challenges or adjustments required.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in construction, carpentry, or Division 10 installations preferred.
• Familiarity with Division 10 specialty products and materials is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Physical stamina to lift and maneuver heavy items as required.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Flexibility to travel to various job sites as needed.

Working Conditions:

• Work may take place indoors or outdoors, depending on the project location.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Exposure to typical construction site environments, including noise and varying weather conditions.
