Position Summary:
The B2B Inside Sales position is responsible for supporting sales operations within the designated list of assigned customers as well as supporting new leads coming into the business. This role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts and sales orders from bid collection and contract execution through logistics coordination and final delivery; ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and efficient collaboration across internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage relationships with designated customers
- Support broader sales team in meeting our annual volume, revenue, and gross profit goals by executing to plan with designated list of customers
- Collaborate with the sourcing & finance team to evaluate offers and execute contracts with customers
- Enter contracts and sales orders into the system
- Manage and maintain contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely updates
- Coordinate production, pickup, and delivery schedules with internal operations teams and customers
- Oversee load scheduling and shipment execution to ensure on-time delivery
- Work with the appropriate cross functional team members to provide customers with appropriate documentation as needed
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and high service levels
- Address customer inquiries and support ongoing account needs
Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or agribusiness
- In lieu of a degree, at least three years of professional experience in B2B account management, with demonstrated expertise in customer service, sales support, supplier coordination, and documentation compliance
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products, ERP system knowledge,

- Bilingual - English/Spanish
Working Conditions:
- Travel requirements: Available for overnight travel. Travel frequency will vary depending on business needs. Estimated 50% maximum

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
