What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales associates to exceed sales targets and reach their full potential
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and improve performance metrics
- Monitor sales data, set goals, and provide regular reports to senior leadership
- Resolve customer complaints with creative problem-solving and ensure exceptional service
- Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and maintain an inviting showroom environment
- Partner with marketing on promotions and events that drive traffic
- Build a positive, inclusive team culture and ensure compliance with company policies
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
What You Bring
- 5-7 years retail sales experience with at least 2 years managing/leading a team
- Furniture retail experience strongly preferred
- Fluency in Spanish highly preferred to serve our diverse customers
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and sales analytics
- Adaptable, organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing a plus

Physical Requirements
- Stand and move throughout showroom for 8 hour shifts
- Occasionally push, pull, and rearrange furniture for merchandising and demonstrations
