A valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites. Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify termite activity and damage
- Apply appropriate treatment solutions using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed
- Operate driving vehicles safely to reach multiple job sites daily
- Use pest control techniques and products in accordance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up recommendations
- Educate clients on termite prevention strategies and ongoing maintenance practices
Qualifications
- Prior experience or training in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical application and equipment operation
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift moderate loads as required
- Willingness to learn new techniques related to pest control and property maintenance
