What are the responsibilities and job description for the Moisture Control Technician position at Adams Exterminators, Inc.?
Looking for a hard working individual to work in crawlspaces doing encapsulation work along with small modifications on the outside of homes. This individual must be able to perform physical labor and be dependable. A company vehicle and all supplies/tools for the job will be provided along with paid training. We are fast growing family owned business that has several locations throughout Southwest Georgia and the opportunity for career advancement.
Pay & Advancement
- Starting pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour
- Exemplary performance can lead to Crew Leader Position
Essential Duties
- Work in crawl spaces of homes
- Follow directions and work as part of a crew
- Installing moisture barriers, sump pumps, and dehumidifiers
- Much of the work will require crawling in confined spaces
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Requirements
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Must be at least 21 years old to apply
