Moisture Control Installation Technician

This is hands-on, physically demanding work that requires crawling and working in tight spaces, lifting and carrying materials and equipment, and getting dirty. If working in a crawlspace every day doesn't sound like something you can see yourself doing, this probably isn't the position for you.

But if you enjoy physical work, take pride in doing a job well, and want the opportunity to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career, we want to hear from you.

Adams Exterminators is a growing, family-owned company with multiple locations throughout Southwest Georgia. We're looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic who want more than just their next job. We provide paid training, the tools and equipment you need, and opportunities to grow as you develop your skills and demonstrate your ability to take on greater responsibility.

As a member of our Moisture Control team, you will:

• Spend the majority of your workday working in residential crawlspaces
• Install crawlspace encapsulation and moisture-barrier systems
• Install sump pumps, dehumidifiers, and related moisture-control equipment
• Perform minor modifications to the exterior of homes as needed
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
• Learn proper installation techniques and quality standards
• Take pride in leaving each job completed correctly and professionally
• Respect our customers' homes and property
• Properly care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds
