Senior Manager/Mitigation and Restoration

We are looking for high level experienced Operations Manager in the Emergency Restoration Industry to lead the Mitigation and Reconstruction teams. Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, goal orientated and possess attention to detail.

Daily Responsibilities:

* Supervise and lead the Mitigation team

* Track documentation, review files, estimates, and job progress

* Overseas teams that handle water damage, mold, fire, and disaster cleanup.

* Inspect job sites and ensure quality control

* Proficient in the writing estimates and supplements in Xactimate

* Assist in reviewing and approving of scopes, supplements, revisions, shop drawing submittals

* Resolve problems as they arise from, unknown existing conditions, conflicts with Customers, PM's, and/or Vendors

* Effectively and efficiently manage the completion of all jobs

* Ensuring the job site clean and organized on a daily basis

Requirements:

* Strong leadership, motivational, organizational skills and people skills

* Ability to prioritize work, and perform physical work when required

* Knowledgeable in Mitigation processes and IICRC standards

* Ability to handle emergency, high-pressure situations

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Must be self-motivated, proactive, highly organized and customer-service focused

* Responsible for accurate documentation including time cards and material request.

* Ability to adjust personnel and equipment resources as needed to resolve problems and to avoid job delays

* Integrity, Honesty, Value Driven, Dependable and Reliable

Experience Required:

* Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Restoration, Mitigation & Construction experience

* 10 plus years in a Management position in Restoration

* Ability to communicate proficiently in English both written and orally

* Able to comprehend IICRC standards and requirements

* Must be willing to work weekends and nights when required

* Must have a valid AZ driver's license and a clean driving record

* Must be fluent on the computer and basic software

* Proven track record in Management

* Must have a clean record of no felonies or convictions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
