apply! Job Purpose: - Actively participate in and foster the ACB Culture
of excellence while supporting the Bank\'s strategic initiatives. -
Provide above and beyond customerservice to building solid and long
lasting relationships by engaging allcustomers internal and external.
Provide quality analyst and accurate review ofall ACB loan origination
documentation. - Consistently and effectively manage behavior within
ACB\'s established customer service standards and core values while
adhering to all established Bank Policy and procedures. Critical
Drivers: - Maintain productivity and response times as measured by the
current underwriting guidelines - Maintain quality of credit decisions
as measured by current delinquency and loss ratios Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities: - Must possess the ability to read, write and speak fluently
in the English language, organization and customer service skills with
both internal and external customers - Excellent communication (written
and verbal), organization and customer service skills with both internal
and external customers - Ability to: \* work in a fast-paced environment
\* work well under pressure \* handle conflict resolutions in a
professional manner \* handle highly confidential information - Strong
organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills -
Acute attention to detail - Required Computer Skills: Microsoft Office,
including Word, Excel, and Outlook - Knowledge of applicable state and
federal regulations and responsibilities relating to them Education and
Experience: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in mortgage underwriting,
including secondary market knowledge. - Knowledge of Mortgage Industry,
mortgage loan file documents, general knowledge of closing, insurance
and mortgage insurance requirements - Knowledge of and experience with
property and credit underwriting requirements of FNMA, VA, as well as
other secondary market loan programs - Expertise in and familiarity with
different AUS systems (i.e., Desktop Underwriter (\"DU\"). - Minimum
Education Associate\'s Degree in finance or business related field, or
equivalent in work experience - Preferred Education Bachelor\'s Degree
