About Adams Clinical: Adams Clinical is a research site network specializing in late-phase psychiatry and neurology clinical trials. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Professional for a full-time role at our Boston (02116) location.
We are seeking clinical professionals that have the following degree/licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts:
- PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (licensed or license-eligible)
- PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (licensed or license-eligible)
- LCSW
- LMHC
Degrees outside of these clinical disciplines (e.g., art therapy, expressive therapies, master’s degrees in non-clinical programs) will not meet requirements for this role.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Boston office, with typical business hours. Occasional evening hours may be required.
Clinical Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience, including diagnostic evaluations, administering assessments, and patient care in psychiatry or related settings.
- Experience providing therapy and conducting differential diagnoses is strongly preferred.
- Prior exposure to clinical trials or neuropsychological assessments is a plus; training will be provided.
- This role is not suited for recent graduates without prior clinical experience.
Job responsibilities (dependent on site needs):
- Screening & Enrollment: Conduct screening interviews and diagnostic evaluations to determine participant eligibility for clinical trials.
- Neuropsychological Ratings & Assessments: Administer psychiatric and neuropsychological rating scales and assessments.
- Dosing Therapist / Monitor: Serve as a dosing therapist for psychedelic trials, including pre-dose preparation, session monitoring, and post-dose follow-up. Prior experience in industry-sponsored psychedelic trials (e.g., Compass, Cybin, MindMed, Atai) is a plus.

This is a salaried position. Pay range is $90,000/yr to $120,000/yr commensurate with experience.
