What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Service Specialist position at Adams Bank and Trust?
We're looking for an experienced retail banker to join our In-Branch Retail Operations team!
This position will support in-branch retail operations in Nebraska and Kansas, focusing primarily on the Grant, Madrid, Imperial, Indianola, and Colby locations. However, support to other locations in Nebraska may occur based on need and home branch location. Flexibility to travel as needed is necessary for this role. This position can be based out of any Nebraska/Kansas location, space permitting and within feasible travel distance to the supported branches.
Under the direction of the Retail Service Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring consistency and operational excellence across the consumer banking function. Assists with training and ensuring all team members are operationally sound and are performing within federal and state regulations. Responsible for resolving operational issues and/or variances and reports back to the Retail Branch Manager and Retail Service Manager. Assisting with all transactional operations at the branch level. Responsible for solving complex problems posed by both retail managers and bankers.
