What are the responsibilities and job description for the Credit Administration Specialist position at Adams Bank and Trust?
We're looking for a team centric, service oriented, experienced banker to join our Credit Administration team! This position can be located in any of our branch locations in CO, NE, or KS, space permitted, or our Operations Center located in Ogallala, NE.
POSITION SUMMARY: In general, this position supports both the Chief Credit Officer (CCO) and Special Assets Banker (SAG) to help support the criticized portfolio as well as reporting required by CCO and other projects/work as assigned. The objective of this role is to support the SAG Banker by ensuring the credit files managed within SAG are current and appropriate and to allow the SAG Banker to foster relationships with: 1.) existing borrowers and 2.) help ensure all reporting for criticized portfolio is current and accurate.
The objective of this role is also to support the CCO to: 1.) help prepare Board reports; 2.) CCAR reporting; 3.) monthly recurring meetings such as: market huddle meetings; 4.) follow-up on various tasks such as: a.) conditions are met on all approved loans, b.) all downgrades or changes are completed timely and c.) special projects as assigned.
