Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional care, supporting the health and safety of our students, and contributing to a nurturing and inclusive community.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care: Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to students, including medication administration, wound care, and routine health assessments.
- Health Education: Collaborate with students to promote health education, preventive care, and overall wellness. Conduct individual and group health education sessions.
- Health Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records for all students. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies, assess situations, and provide prompt and effective care. Collaborate with emergency response teams as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the healthcare team, including physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and address the unique needs of students.

Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. LPN Certification from an accredited program and a valid, active, unrestricted in-state license to practice as an LPN is also required. A minimum of one year of healthcare experience is preferred. Regional Approval is required.
