Your Role & Impact

You will shape the future of our students right here in the Center’s dorms. By bringing your innovative ideas and warm approach, you will help create a safe, nurturing space where diverse populations can flourish.

Core Responsibilities

• Mentor Students: Offer intentional, one-on-one coaching and personal development guidance.
• Lead Workshops: Facilitate engaging group training sessions focused on crucial life skills.
• Build Community: Plan and execute exciting activities and events for residents.
• Track Progress: Monitor student growth and connect them with necessary resources.
• Ensure Safety: Partner with a dedicated team to maintain an inclusive, secure environment.
• Stay Organized: Keep accurate records of student participation and program milestones.

What You Bring to the Team

• Baseline Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, minimum age of 21, and a valid driver's license.
• Background Check: Ability to successfully pass a standard background screening.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the natural ability to build rapport.
• Desirable Experience: Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or related human services fields.
• Core Strengths: Strong critical thinking under pressure, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
• Bonus Points: Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, or related safety training.
