🎯 What You’ll Do
• Plan and support a wide range of recreation activities for students
• Coordinate programs with CPP, Social Development, and community partners
• Oversee evening and weekend programming
• Ensure a safe, structured, and engaging environment
• Track student participation and maintain accountability
• Manage equipment, inventory, and recreation spaces
• Mentor students and promote positive behavior and teamwork
• Support leadership programs and student involvement initiatives

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s Degree or 1 year of experience working with youth preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead activities and engage groups
• Valid in-state driver’s license required (CDL preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
