We’re looking for a dedicated Driver’s Education Instructor who is passionate about guiding our students toward independence and career readiness. This role offers a unique chance to teach more than just driving—you’ll be shaping futures by helping students earn their State Driver’s Licenses, a key milestone that opens doors to employment, higher education, and advanced training.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging classroom sessions covering traffic laws, defensive driving, and road safety principles.
• Provide hands-on, behind-the-wheel training aligned with New Hampshire state regulations.
• Assess and track student progress, maintaining clear and accurate records.
• Create a supportive, structured environment that prioritizes safety and student growth.
• Ensure all program activities comply with Job Corps, state, and Department of Labor policies.
• Work closely with fellow staff to support student success and retention across the center.

What We’re Looking For

• You hold a Provisional or Standard New Hampshire Driver’s Education Certification (we happily support provisional instructors obtaining standard certification in partnership with a local school).
• Experience delivering clear, motivating instruction tailored to diverse learners.
• A patient, approachable attitude with a genuine commitment to student success.
• Strong organizational skills to keep courses on track and documentation thorough.
• A collaborative spirit eager to contribute to a team focused on making a difference.
