What You Will Do

• Deliver Expert Instruction: Teach safe driving skills using state-approved curricula, plan lesson units, and administer/score tests.
• Behind-the-Wheel Coaching: Conduct hands-on, behind-the-wheel instruction to ensure students safely master the road and comply with local traffic laws.
• License & Permit Coordination: Guide and coordinate students through the process of achieving their official learner's permits and driver's licenses.
• Foster a Great Learning Environment: Keep the classroom organized, safe, and welcoming, holding students accountable to behavioral and professional standards.
• Mentor Future Professionals: Act as a positive role model by monitoring and modeling Career Success Standards to help students reach their personal and career goals.
• Collaborate Across Campus: Partner dynamically with other departments to support student needs and ensure comprehensive center-wide support.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Advanced degrees preferred).
• Must be certified to teach driving skills in the state of New Hampshire.
• Valid in-state Driver’s License with a driving record meeting company insurability requirements.
• Previous experience in driver's education is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, problem-solving mindset.
