Employment Requirements
Employment at Exeter Job Corps is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, professional reference check, and motor vehicle record check.
Available Schedules:
- Sunday-Thursday, 3pm-12am (Friday & Saturday off)
- Tuesday-Saturday, 3pm-12am (Sunday & Monday off)
Job Duties:
- Coordinates staff coverage to ensure student areas are supervised
- Interviews, recommends for hire, disciplines, and evaluates employee performance
- Ensures all staff adhere to rest and meal break requirements
- Oversees student dorm leadership program
- May transport students to and from center
- Provides comprehensive and individualized case management to students
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of incident and shift reports
- Maintains adequate levels of inventory and orders supplies as needed
- Works in partnership with staff from all departments to provide effective supervision and services
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of one-year Job Corps or related program experience required
- A valid in-State Driver's License preferred
- Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling, and/or pushing
