What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day Advantage)

Forget the boring, repetitive highway loops. In this role, you will be the pulse of our center, splitting your talents between student mentorship and keeping our facilities pristine:

• The Shield: Provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation for our students.
• The Fixer: Take charge of preventative maintenance and repair work for our facility and grounds.
• The Guardian: Keep our fleet in top-tier shape by coordinating and documenting regular preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• The Leader: Act as a mentor and positive role model, showing mutual respect and holding youth accountable to elevate their career success standards.

What You Bring to the Team

We value energy, safety, and a positive attitude. To thrive in this role, you will need:

• The Right License: A valid, in-State Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a clean driving record that meets company insurability guidelines.
• The Foundation: A High School Diploma or equivalent (advanced degrees are always welcome!).
• The Grit: Previous experience working with youth is a major plus, along with the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb, walk, and stay active on your feet.
• The Vibe: Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: 5 days a week---Monday through Friday, Day Shift.
• Rate of Pay: $22.99 per hour
