Client Advisor – Luxury Fine Jewelry

This is a Client Advisor position for a fine jewelry house where modern design meets timeless craftsmanship. With our flagship boutique now open in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District, we’re continuing to expand our presence and share our vision of luxury rooted in artistry, empowerment, and connection.

We’re looking for a Client Advisor to join our boutique team — someone who embodies our values, delivers exceptional service, and cultivates lasting relationships with our growing community of clients.

Role Description

As a Client Advisor, you will bring our fine jewelry house vision to life through personalized, high-touch service. You’ll be the face of the brand in our new flagship, cultivating trust and connection while achieving individual and boutique sales goals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fine jewelry and craftsmanship — a natural relationship builder with emotional intelligence, style, and a love of luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class client experience and consistently exceed sales goals.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships through thoughtful, personalized clienteling including building a loyal client book.
• Leverage CRM tools to drive repeat business and increase client loyalty.
• Host private appointments and boutique events to create memorable experiences.
• Serve as a trusted brand ambassador, sharing the brand's story with authenticity and sophistication.
• Support day-to-day boutique operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and after-sales service.
• Collaborate with leadership to uphold the highest standards of excellence and teamwork.
• Operational support - inventory, transfers, shipping and receiving, after sales and daily procedures

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, watches, luxury hospitality or luxury high-touch client service.
• Proven success in sales and relationship development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and POS systems; tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
• Passion for fine jewelry, design, and craftsmanship.
• Professionalism, discretion, and a polished sense of personal style.
• Strong executive presence with confidence on working with high class clientele
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous Store Manager experience is a plus

The salary range would be $62K - $68k commission.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
