We are seeking an experienced, highly driven Licensed Assistant Loan Officer in Texas who is ready to operate at a high level and help us serve clients locally, nationally, and internationally.
🔎 Position Requirements:
- Active Texas Loan Officer License (NMLS required)
- Minimum 5 years of mortgage industry experience
- Proven experience assisting in structuring and processing residential mortgage loans
- Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, DSCR, ITIN, and Non-QM loan products
- Experience working with self-employed borrowers and complex income scenarios
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Exceptional communication and client service skills
- High emotional intelligence and professional presence
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and pipeline management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
💻 Technology & Growth Mindset:
- Skilled in using AI tools and automation platforms
- Comfortable with CRM systems, LOS platforms, and digital document management
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new mortgage technologies
- Social media awareness and ability to support digital engagement is a plus
