With a full complement of services for residential and commercial luxury properties, you can count on Adamas to exceed your expectations.Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Security Officer with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York and Florida. We have currently have an opening in our Jersey City, NJ location.Schedule: Friday-Saturday 7am-3pmThe ideal candidate would be responsible for:Patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points. Observing any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards and reporting to managementResponding to emergency situations and/or alarms and contact appropriate emergency services as neededBecoming familiar with incoming and outgoing traffic - know the residents, visitors, and guests and monitor for the presence of unauthorized persons.Performing required patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicleKnowing the facility / building policies and procedures; enforce them within the limits of the positionInvestigating and preparing reports on accidents, suspicious activities and incidents as well as following established emergency proceduresMaintaining a professional demeanor when assisting residents, visitors, and guestsMonitoring alarms and systemsBenefits:Weekly PayUniforms ProvidedFull Time Employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days with a 401k match after one year of employment.EOERequirements:Requirements:MUST HAVE A VALID SORA licenseMust be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills.Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust pass comprehensive background checksMust have a reliable form of transportation
