Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Security Officer with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York and Florida. We have currently have an opening in our Nutley, NJ location.
Pay: $18 / Hour
Schedule: Friday night -Tuesday night (Wed & Thursday nights off) 11pm-7am
The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
- Patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Observing any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards and reporting to management
- Responding to emergency situations and/or alarms and contact appropriate emergency services as needed
- Becoming familiar with incoming and outgoing traffic - know the residents, visitors, and guests and monitor for the presence of unauthorized persons.
- Performing required patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
- Knowing the facility / building policies and procedures; enforce them within the limits of the position
- Investigating and preparing reports on accidents, suspicious activities and incidents as well as following established emergency procedures
- Maintaining a professional demeanor when assisting residents, visitors, and guests
- Monitoring alarms and systems
