Role Description The Landscape Laborer is a full-time, on-site role based in Denham Springs, LA. This position is responsible for performing daily landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, weeding, mulching, and general grounds cleanup on commercial properties and HOA communities. The role includes assisting with landscape installations, sod placement, plantings, irrigation support, and basic drainage work under the direction of a crew leader or supervisor. The Landscape Laborer will operate landscaping tools and equipment, follow safety procedures, and help maintain a clean and organized work site. This role also involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, collaborating with team members, and supporting high-quality, timely completion of scheduled jobs.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Experience using common landscaping tools and equipment and willingness to learn safe operation of additional machinery.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining neat, professional-looking grounds in line with company standards.
