We are seeking a forward-thinking and agile Global Talent Development & Culture Partner to join our global Talent & Culture team. In this role, you will design and lead organizational and talent strategies that strengthen performance, engagement, and retention, address talent gaps, build succession pipelines, and shape global performance management processes.

You will play a critical role in building capabilities across the organization, with a strong focus on facilitation, training design, and delivery, equipping leaders and teams with the tools, skills, and mindset needed to succeed. This role requires someone who can bring innovative thinking including AI-driven solutions and deliver measurable business impact.

This position will report to the Global Head of Talent Management and Culture.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Design & Leadership: Design, shape, and lead global organizational and talent initiatives from vision through execution, ensuring scalability and long-term impact across regions and functions.
  • Leading Change in a Transforming Organization: Act as a global change architect by driving mindset shifts, embedding agility and resilience, and developing communication and engagement strategies that support transformation.
  • Capability Building, Training & Facilitation: Design and develop training programs, learning materials, and scalable development solutions. Facilitate engaging workshops, group sessions, and leadership trainings across regions. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders as a trusted advisor to identify capability gaps and deliver impactful development solutions.
  • Innovation & Digital Strategy (AI Focus): Leverage AI tools, digital platforms, and interactive technologies to modernize talent development and organizational processes. Identify opportunities to integrate AI into learning, performance, and talent strategies to increase efficiency and scale.
  • Global Talent & Culture Management: Define and evolve global talent practices, including succession planning, performance management, and capability frameworks, to strengthen leadership pipelines and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Implement listening strategies such as engagement surveys and translate insights into actionable outcomes. Use data and analytics to guide decisions, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across talent initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Learning & Development
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and facilitation sessions
  • Experience creating training materials, learning content, and scalable development tools
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global or complex environment
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and digital platforms to enhance organizational and talent outcomes
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to analyze engagement data and apply insights to improve programs and processes
