The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-first Pre-Litigation Relationship Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between our clients, their medical providers, and our legal team — ensuring every case moves forward with precision and care.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from intake through medical discharge
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and offer reassurance throughout the process
- Coordinate with medical providers to obtain records, bills, and treatment status
- Track and organize case milestones, deadlines, and documentation
- Work closely with attorneys to move cases directly into litigation after treatment is complete
- Maintain accurate case notes and records in the firm’s case management system
- Serve as a client advocate who reflects the firm’s commitment to Five Star Medical Care and crystal clear communication at every touchpoint
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in a personal injury law firm or related legal/medical setting strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication — you are confident, clear, and kind under pressure
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work
- Genuine care for clients who are going through one of the most stressful times of their lives
- Familiarity with case management software is a plus

Pay: $54,000.00 - $65,100.00 per year
