Sales/Service Agent

Drive business growth by converting inbound leads into customers, upselling and upgrading services, and retaining existing accounts, while also coordinating and optimizing daily schedules for up to three pest control technicians. This role blends consultative sales, customer experience, and operational scheduling to maximize revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Adam’s Pest Control - Nisswa office, is currently hiring a full-time Sales/Service Agent  Adam's is a family-owned and operated business with over 50 years of continuous growth!  We are committed to friendly service, effective solutions, and 100% customer satisfaction.

Location:

Nisswa, MN  - Up to one day working at home a week after the training period

Position Type:

Full-Time • Hourly Commission Incentives For New Sales • Non-Exempt

General Tasks:

Sales:

• Convert inbound calls, texts, chats, and emails into booked services and recurring plans

• Sell residential services and select commercial services that best fit the needs of the customer and company

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer plans through upgrades and added services

Service: 

• Schedule and optimize routes for up to three technicians

• Support inbound estimate and scheduling queues 

• Confirm appointments, adjust schedules as needed, and maintain route completion standards.

General Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred

• Proficient computer and phone skills 

• Excellent typing skills (at least 40 WPM) 

• Background in telecommunications is highly preferred but not required

• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

Hours:  

Standard Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Peak Season (April-September): 

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Weekly Late Shift: One assigned day per week (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

• Rotating Monthly Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, get off work early the Friday before

Note: This role does provide some flexibility.
