Job Overview

The Landscape Foreman will work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Execute lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, edging and blowing.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks such as digging, planting, and weeding.
- Conduct tree trimming and care to maintain the health and aesthetics of trees.
- Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as mulching, edging, and irrigation setup.
- Participate in hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with snow plowing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools and small machinery safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, tree care, and irrigation systems is advantageous.
- Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new techniques and skills.
- A valid driver’s license is required depending on job assignments.
