What You’ll Do as a Case Manager:
- Manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing compassionate and clear communication
- Gather, track, and organize documentation such as police reports, medical records, and billing statements
- Coordinate client treatment schedules and track progress throughout the case
- Draft demand letters and assist attorneys with pre-litigation efforts
- Ensure all files are up to date, accurate, and moving efficiently through the legal process
- Support attorneys by maintaining consistent, professional communication and updates
What You Bring:
- Previous experience as a Case Manager in a Personal Injury law firm is required
- Proficiency with legal case management systems (e.g., Filevine, Needles, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large caseload without missing a beat
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is Required
