Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control programs, policies, and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments across multiple Colorado job sites
- Identify quality and safety deficiencies and drive corrective action plans to resolution
- Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Maintain accurate QC documentation, reports, and records for all projects
- Train and mentor staff on quality control protocols and best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report quality metrics to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Quality Control Manager or similar QC/QA leadership role
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
- Experience conducting site inspections, audits, and root cause analysis
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Relevant certifications in quality control or safety (e.g., CQM, OSHA 30) preferred
- Solar or Journeyman Experience
