Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Develop project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and costs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues.
- Implement effective communication strategies among team members.
- Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
- Foster a culture of safety and teamwork on-site.
Requirements:
- Solar Experience a must!
- 3 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
